oh so sad....i knit this gorgeous scarf only to find that my neck and face do not like the yarn. too itchy! might have to try again with some softer yarn.

Is it Noro? Noro can be itchy...you might try (hand)washing it a couple times; I made my husband a scarf from it, and it required several washings before he could stand it.

no, it's patons sws. i'll try washing it and see if that helps. i think i may be overly sensitive because all of the reviews that i read mentioned how soft this is for wool yarn. bummer...
